These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you use the Offlane Goods online store or buy products from us. Please read them before ordering.

Using our store
You agree to use the store lawfully and to provide accurate checkout and contact information. You must not interfere with the site, misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
Products, availability, and descriptions
We sell multi-brand sneakers, footwear, clothing, accessories, and gift cards. We make reasonable efforts to present product information, sizing, images, availability, and pricing accurately; however, display colors may vary by device, and sizing can vary by brand and model. Please review product descriptions and size information before ordering.
We may correct errors in product information or pricing and will contact you when a correction materially affects an order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate refund of amounts paid for unavailable items.
Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, ordinarily U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other checkout charges will be shown before an order is submitted, to the extent required by law. Orders must be paid using available payment methods in the checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers.
For international purchases, destination-country taxes, duties, customs handling charges, and import requirements may apply. Any amounts collected at checkout and any amounts payable on import are governed by the information presented at purchase and our Shipping Policy. We will not charge undisclosed mandatory fees contrary to applicable law.
Orders and confirmation
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may contact you if inventory, address verification, fraud prevention, or another legitimate processing issue prevents fulfillment. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled after payment, we will refund the affected amount using the original payment method.
Cancellation before shipment
You may request cancellation by contacting support@offlanegoods.com while your order has not yet shipped. Please provide your order number. If the order has not been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and arrange a refund for the canceled items to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, please follow the applicable Return & Refund Policy, subject to your statutory rights.
Shipping and delivery
Our usual order-processing period is 1–3 business days. At the time of this policy, U.S. Economy delivery is offered free with an estimated transit period of 10–15 business days; U.S. Standard costs $10 with an estimated transit period of 7–10 business days; and Standard International Shipping costs $20 for eligible destinations, with an estimated transit period of 15–20 business days. Transit estimates are separate from processing time, are not guaranteed delivery dates, and may change where clearly disclosed at checkout. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Eligible U.S. orders can be requested for standard voluntary return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Ordinary returns require unused items with original packaging and accessories. For approved returns, we initiate refunds within five business days following completed inspection; no restocking fee is charged. Size or style changes are handled by returning an eligible item and placing a new order. Certain clearly designated Final Sale items and international voluntary returns are excluded, except to the extent required by applicable law. See the full Return & Refund Policy.
Gift cards
We may offer Offlane Goods gift cards. Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible purchases according to their stated conditions and applicable law. Availability, redemption rules, restrictions, and any legally permitted refund or expiration provisions will be described when the gift card is offered. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party brands and intellectual property
Product names, logos, and trademarks for brands such as Nike, Jordan, adidas, and other manufacturers belong to their respective owners. Offlane Goods is an independent multi-brand retailer and does not claim to be the manufacturer of third-party merchandise or an official brand-operated store unless expressly stated. Content created for this website, excluding third-party rights, may not be copied or reused without permission where protected by law.
Customer service and complaints
For questions, changes, complaints, or issues with a product, please email support@offlanegoods.com. Customer support operates on business days, excluding weekends, and aims to respond within 48 hours during the business week. For shipping questions, include your order number and delivery information.
Availability and website changes
We may update website features, product listings, and these Terms from time to time. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already acquired under an accepted order, and material changes will be communicated where law requires. The website may be temporarily unavailable during updates or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Legal rights and governing law
These Terms are interpreted under applicable laws, including the laws of Texas, United States, to the extent permitted. They do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, withdrawal rights, or legal remedies that apply to customers in other jurisdictions, including the European Union and United Kingdom. No provision is intended to limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
