At Offlane Goods, we want you to know what to expect from checkout to delivery. This policy explains our order processing time, available shipping services, estimated delivery windows, and what to do if you need help with a shipment.
Where we ship
We ship to eligible addresses within the United States and to selected international destinations. Shipping services are available only for destinations shown at checkout. Service availability may vary according to the delivery address and items in the order.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes verifying the order, preparing the items, and handing the shipment to the carrier. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. If an unexpected issue affects processing, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
United States shipping
For eligible delivery addresses in the United States, we currently offer two shipping options:
- Economy Shipping — Free: Estimated transit time of 10–15 business days after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping — $10.00 USD: Estimated transit time of 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Both estimates are for transportation after the 1–3 business day processing period. Economy and Standard are different delivery services; paying for Standard selects its shorter estimated transit window, not faster order processing.
The shipping options and charges displayed at checkout for your order are the final applicable options and charges. The delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
International shipping
For selected destinations outside the United States, Standard International Shipping costs $20.00 USD where the option is available at checkout.
Its estimated transit time is 15–20 business days after dispatch, in addition to the standard 1–3 business days of order processing. International deliveries may take longer because of customs clearance, local delivery networks, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We do not ship to every country or territory. Please enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm whether international shipping is available.
Delivery estimates and delays
All transit times stated in this policy are estimates calculated from the time a parcel is dispatched. They do not include our order processing period unless the checkout specifically presents a combined delivery-date estimate.
Actual delivery may be earlier or later due to carrier service changes, peak shopping periods, weather, customs inspections, remote-area delivery, or other disruptions. If a significant delay affects your order, contact us so we can review the shipment status.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. The message will include a tracking number or tracking link when available.
Tracking may not update immediately after a shipping label is created or while a parcel moves between logistics partners. Some orders may be sent in more than one parcel, in which case separate tracking details may be provided.
If you have not received a shipping update after the 1–3 business day processing period, please email support@offlanegoods.com with your order number for assistance.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees in the destination country. If these charges are not specifically shown as prepaid at checkout, the recipient may be required to pay them to the applicable authority or carrier. Such charges are not included in the $20.00 USD international shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Customs procedures may also delay delivery. Please review the import requirements of your destination before ordering.
Addresses, lost parcels and delivery issues
Please check your full shipping address, including apartment or unit number and ZIP or postal code, before placing your order. If an address needs correction, contact us promptly with your order number. We will try to help before dispatch, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.
If your shipment appears delayed, lost, returned to sender, or marked delivered but not received, please contact support@offlanegoods.com. We will review the available tracking information and work with the carrier where appropriate to determine the next steps.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos when possible. For return or refund procedures, see our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in this shipping policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Shipping rates and services may change for future orders. The charges and options confirmed at checkout apply to the order you place. This policy does not exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
